Will Misegades
Owner
Will Misegades leads the RedFish Inspections team. He has a construction management background, and built log houses abroad for many years. Because serving others is his passion, he started RedFish Inspections in 2010 rising to the top of the industry by earning his Certified Master Inspector badge. He most enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. He loves traveling, being in nature, hiking, camping, and spending time on the beach.
Cheyenne Sprouse
Director of Marketing
Cheyenne joined the team in 2013 in the role of Director of Marketing. She enjoys building new relationships and helping to support our Realtor community in the growth and success of their business.
Noel Woods
Office Manager
Noel joins us from the sunny state of California. After earning her degree in business management, she partnered up with our RedFish team to assist in day to day operations, masterminding and keeping all of us in line! In her spare time, she is an art loving super mom.

Gary Parr
Nick is a Lead Inspector on the RedFish Inspections team. He has a strong sense of customer service and prides himself on providing a comprehensive inspection and experience for all parties during the home inspection. Nick is also one of our inspector trainers and enjoys helping our team grow through education and coaching.
Ruben Vasquez
Ruben Vazquez is a lead Inspector for the RedFish Inspections team. He has a welding and construction background. Because he enjoys spending time with his family he switched careers in back in 2018 when his son was born and hasn’t looked back! He most enjoys spending time with his wife and one son. He loves training Brazilian Jui Jitsu, going on family bike rides, and doing wheelies on his motorcycle.
Trey joined the Redfish team in 2021. Prior to joining the team as the
Inspector Manager, Trey spent nearly a decade in restaurant management
where he gained experience in customer care, training and development,
P&L projection and analysis, and quality control. Trey decided to join
Redfish because of the focus on a team environment and the opportunity
for both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Trey enjoys
spending time with family and friends, golfing, exercising, and
exploring and discovering new restaurants in the Houston area.
Bill Smith
Bill Smith is a Professional Home Inspector. He has 36 years of sub-contract and project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. After years of extensive traveling, he was looking for a new career that would allow him to spend more time at home. In Redfish I found the people who share my values and view of “Doing the right thing”. His passion is music and a love running (half & full marathons) when he can find the time to train.
Gary Parr joined Redfish Inspections in June, 2021 as a Professional Inspector. After retiring from the oil and gas industry as a Petroleum Engineer, Gary wanted to pursue a new challenge – home inspection. As a home inspector, Gary is able to leverage his engineering experience and personal home ownership experience. He most enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He loves traveling, playing golf, and gardening.
Client Care Coordinators
Suzanne Scott
Suzanne serves in many roles within our company including marketing, client care and office assistant. She is a lifelong resident of the Clear Lake area. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her interests include reading, quilting, and dogs!
Donn Shankland
Donn joined the Red Fish team in 2020. Hailing from Scotland, he has experience working in four continents. The scope of his experience ranges from being a professional actor to hospitality services and sales. Red Fish has enabled him to embrace his passion for people and their cultures. His interests include reading, theatre, watching sports, travel and socializing.
Jhaz Olea
Jhaz Olea joins the RedFish team as one of our Client Care Coordinators. Her bubbly personality is a wonderful addition to our team and she enjoys supporting our Realtor friends and their clients throughout the week while assisting with scheduling and customer service.
